affordable housing in the Cooperstown and Oneonta areas.

dedicated to rentals in the area on a year round and full time
basis.
My rental properties are available to accommodate the needs of
visitors to the Cooperstown Dreams Park, Cooperstown Baseball
World, Cooperstown All Star Village, Unadilla Motocross Race Track, and other summer
attractions. Cooperstown Lodging Company can also provide
accommodations during the off season for temporary corporate
housing, hunting, fishing, and winter sports.
With 30 years plus in the hospitality industry Cooperstown
Lodging values the importance of providing visitors with
clean, comfortable and affordable homes. I strive to list only
those houses that meet my customers' needs .
Currently my listings include village homes, lake properties,
apartments and secluded country getaways all in the rural
setting of Otsego and Delaware counties, New York.
